Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your website order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Email us within this 14 day period. We can be contacted at hello@ashfieldmillsoaps.co.uk. Make sure you quote your order number and the item you wish to return.
We will carefully consider your refund request and promptly advise whether a refund may be given.
Refunds will be made if:
The soap is unused, in its original packaging and it is in a saleable condition.
You can provide proof of your purchase of the product you are asking to return.
Your goods were damaged in transit to you, from us, provided you have proof (e.g., image of packaging).
The cost of returning the goods to us will be incurred by you unless the goods were damaged in transit.

Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge, and you will not be asked to pay for delivery. Ashfield Mill Soaps are made in small batches, and as such, a replacement may not be readily available. You will be offered other soaps of equivalent value, or we will offer you a full refund.

Refunds will not be made for goods that were damaged in your care.

From time to time, we will sell soaps that look a little more rustic than we would like at a lower price than normal. These soaps are still excellent products. You will be shown an image of the exact soap for sale at the point of sale. Therefore, we will not accept a claim of refund for these soaps that claim the bar does not look like the equivalent full priced soap.

All refunds will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods from you, and refunded to your original method of payment.
