Our soap formulations are the result of lots of research, testing, reviewing and refining. All the oils and butters used are selected due to their skin loving properties, as well as our being able to be sustainably source them.

The process of making hand soap produces glycerin, which is a highly moisturising substance. Our main base recipe contains cocoa butter, shea butter, mango butter, kokum butter as well as olive oil, coconut oil, rice bran oil, castor oil and sweet almond oil. This combination of oils and butters means that our bars naturally contain vitamin A, D and E. Vitamin A is said to promote collagen formation in the skin, whereas Vitamins D and E are antioxidants which help protect the skin from the effects of skin-ageing free radical molecules. Our oatmeal and honey soap also contains argan oil, which is rich in antioxidants and is very moisturising.

The combined properties of these oils and butters means that our bars will create a luxurious, soft and creamy lather whilst they cleanse and moisturise your skin.

The design of our soaps is created using micas, clays, oatmeal, honey, activated charcoal, cocoa powder and olive oil infused with spices.

Micas are naturally coloured, shiny minerals found in rocks. These are powdered and mixed with cosmetic colourants to change their colours. Synthetic, skin safe, plastic-free micas are also used. We only buy micas from reputable companies that source their micas sustainably and ethically.

Moroccan clay, which is rich in magnesium and potassium, French and Zeolite clays are such gentle exfoliants that they create a silky lather, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and smooth.

The wonderful combination of honey and oatmeal soothes and moisturises the skin. Activated charcoal draws impurities from the skin and lightly exfoliates. Cocoa powder contains magnesium, iron, calcium, and antioxidants like vitamin E to help nourish your skin.

Finally, two of our soaps are coloured with olive oil infused with paprika or turmeric. These spices are packed with antioxidant vitamins that go towards protecting your skin from free radicals.

Our soaps are scented with natural essential oils or skin-safe synthetic fragrances.

All our individual soap formulas are assessed by cosmetic chemists, in accordance with UK law, to ensure that they are safe for you to use.

Suitable for all skin types, our face serums are intensely moisturising and conditioning. They also contain anti-ageing and antioxidant compounds.

You won’t find any parabens, silicones, sulphates or artificial colourants in here!

The serum formula is entirely plant-based, and cotnains sweet almond oil, shea butter, avocado oil, rosehip oil, macadamia seed oil as well as horse chestnut and hawthorn extracts.

This means that our serum contains:

• essential fatty acids - which are the building blocks of your skin’s cells.

• pro-vitamin A - a precursor to vitamin A which is a fat-soluble vitamin necessary for healthy skin growth, prevents breakouts and speeds up healing.

• vitamin E - an antioxidant that protects your skin from harmful skin-ageing free radicals generated by UV light.

Horse chestnut extract is a key ingredient of our formula as it contains the active ingredient aescin. This is an anti-inflammatory substance known to protect skin prone to thread veins. Aescin is also an anti-skin ageing substance as it slows the body’s natural breakdown of hyaluronic acid in the skin. This leads to increased skin hydration and reduces the appearance of fine wrinkles.

Finally, both horse chestnut and hawthorn extracts contain powerful antioxidants and free radical scavengers, which prevent the skin being damaged and aged by free radicals.

Our shampoo bars have been designed to clean, moisturise and nourish both your hair and scalp.

They contain gentle coconut-oil derived surfactants that bind to grease and water and enable you to gently cleanse your hair and scalp.

Our bars also contain a combination of plant oils and butters to nourish your scalp; coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, argan oil, jojoba oil and olive oil. These help smooth and protect your hair.

Vegan keratin, derived from wheat, corn and soy, is also in our shampoo bar formula. It integrates with hair strands to add volume and moisture. Finally, panthenol helps strengthen hair and improves its feel, whilst kaolin clay adds a little exfoliation for your scalp.

Infused with a carefully chosen blend of six luxurious plant oils and butters, these ingredients work in harmony to smooth, hydrate, and effortlessly detangle your tresses, while nourishing your precious scalp.

Derived from the Oil Seed Rape, our bars feature a conditioning emollient that gives a silky softness to your hair, making it a breeze to comb or brush through, and those irksome tangles become a distant memory.

Finally, the addition of Vitamin E nurtures your scalp and promotes healthy hair growth
